Free MLM Network Marketing Recruitment Tip Discussing Jobs  by sales-psychology expert, online and offline marketing consultant, SEO and local SEO specialist, author, automation expert and website designer and builder J. Richard Kirkham B.Sc.  ComputerHelp808@gmail.com #FreeNetworkMarketingTips #FreeSalesTechniqueTips

People by nature are defensive when you speak negatively about their careers or jobs (journey on to broke). Many network marketers soon discover this when they try to recruit a prospective network marketer by slamming his/her job. Suddenly the guy who has hated his/her job for years finds good things to say about it!

Okay Rick, How Do I Talk To a Prospect Without Pissing Him/Her Off?

Complement the prospect’s job!

In most cases the conversation would be something like this:

So what do you do?

I'm a doctor, plumber, factory worker, garbage man.

That sounds like a great job!

I don't know about that. The pay's good but,I never see my family.
I don't about that. Good benefits but the pay sucks.

You know I'm part of a group just like you that are changing our situation. I think you might fit in with us. We're having a meeting Wednesday night. I'll text you my cell number with the address. If the rest of the group gets along with you like I am I'm sure you'll be invited back.

Take out your phone

What's your cell number I'll text you the address shortly I have to get going and as you said this job keeps you busy.

Note The Leverage I Created!

You're in a hurry so you don't have time to explain.

You have your prospect's cell number and permission to text him/her

Your prospect's question is not, “What is it?”. Your prospective network marketer's question is, “Will the group accept me?

That's why people hire me online and offline to tweak their sales pages and sales pitches.

Leaders Are Readers

There are very few good books out there on sales. People think:

They're not in sales. If you or your website is trying to convince someone of something you're in sales get over it, embrace it and improve it.

If you think your network marketing team will tell you everything you need, did they show you my sales technique above? You're an independent business owner and in sales get over it, embrace it and improve it.

If you think, I'll just be myself. What if you come off as a jerk or a know-it-all? You're in sales get over it, embrace it and improve it.

Only about 10% of the population doesn't have to be convinced they're in sales which is why they make a great living and go home to their families in the evening. Get on top of those who are doing the same thing you're doing by learning and improving outside of the box.

Don't worry. As usual, I did the legwork for you. I found an ebook for you on Kindle with a free preview. Click below to begin standing out from the crowd doing the same thing as you...

Enjoy being on top of the game,

J. Richard Kirkham B.Sc.
